Grief/Loss group

A Grief and Loss support group meets monthly on the second Sunday of the month, at 12:30 after Souper Sunday. Grief and loss can be due to a death, divorce, empty nest, unemployment, death of a pet, or anything else that left you feeling bereft.  The group is open to all.  Please contact Nicole Urdang (882-0848, urdang@buffalo.com) if you would like to join us.

First Tuesday Discussion Group

This open discussion group meets the first Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. in the Alliance Room. All are welcome.   Topics for the next meeting are chosen by the group at each meeting, and address philosophical and religious issues in a open-minded way.   In case of uncertainty about possible weather related cancellation, call Abel Fink, 626-9216, or Don Shedd, 884-0012.  Normal entry is via the garden entrance facing West Ferry Street. If you find the garden entrance door locked, go to the Elmwood entrance and ring the bell there. That bell can be heard in the Alliance Room. Someone will come down and let you in.
